- Theatre doors open 60 minutes prior to a show.
- Hearing Impaired devices are available at every show in the lobby.
- Snacks and beverages are available before and during the show at two concession stands.
- Private tours can be scheduled with the Hospitality Manager at (315) 624-2945.
