Photography Session: $150 per hour

  • In the Adirondack Bank Grand Lobby
  • One hour for your exclusive use
  • A Stanley event manager for the duration of the event
  • $175 per hour for Sunday and Holidays

 

The Loretta M. Romano Room: $150 per hour between 8:00AM and 5:00PM

This elegant room is perfect for rehearsal dinners, showers, parties, and small receptions

  • Accommodations for up to 100 guests
  • Includes set up of on-premesis tables, chairs, and basic linens
  • Convenient private entry from Genesee Street
  • A Stanley event manager for the duration of the event
  • $200 per hour during evenings and weekends

 

The Hearst Room: $150 per hour between 8:00AM and 5:00PM

  • Accommodations for up to 100 guests
  • Includes set up of on-premesis tables, chairs, and basic linens
  • A Stanley event manager for the duration of the event
  • $200 per hour during evenings and weekends

 

The Adirondack Bank Lobby: $200 per hour

This beautiful open space is perfect for cocktail parties and corporate events

  • Accommodations for up to 250 guests
  • Includes the lobby and mezzanine
  • Includes set up of on-premesis tables, chairs, and basic linens
  • A Stanley event manager for the duration of the event

Wedding Ceremony: $700


 In the Adirondack Bank Grand Lobby or In Front of the Red Curtain on Stage

  • Accommodations for up to 120 guests
  • Three hours for your exclusive use
  • One hour for set up, one hour for the ceremony, and one hour for the photo session and take down
  • The Stanley provides the podium, microphone/speaker and chairs
  • A Stanley event manager for the duration of the event
  • Additional charge for union stagehands billed at cost
  • $900 on holidays

 

Cocktail Reception: $1,500

In the Adirondack Bank Lobby and Mezzanine Promenade

  • Accommodations up to 200 guests
  • Three hours for your exclusive use, plus
  • One-hour set up and one-hour take down
  • Includes set up of on-premesis tables, chairs, and basic linens
  • A Stanley event manager for the duration of the event
  • $1,900 on holidays

 

Wedding Reception: $2,450

In the Adirondack Bank Lobby, Mezzanine Promenade, and Loretta M. Romano Room

  • Accommodations for up to 150 guests
  • Includes set up of on-premesis tables, chairs, and basic linens
  • Up to four hours for your exclusive use
  • A Stanley event manager for the duration of the event
  • Additional hours for reception $250 per hour
  • $2,850 on holidays

  

The Stanley Main Stage: $ 3,000


Stage Only with entrance only through the Tolles Gallery Wing

  • Up to six hours for your exclusive use (includes set up and take down time)
  • Accommodations for up to 200 guests
  • Includes set up of on-premesis tables, chairs, and basic linens
  • Basic lighting/sound set up on stage; additional equipment and ITEA union stagehands will be billed at cost
  • A Stanley event manager for the duration of the event
  • $4,000 on hilidays

 

The Stanley Main Stage and all Stanley Public Spaces: $ 5,000

Includes the Adirondack Bank Lobby, Mezzanine Promenade, Tolles Gallery Wing and all Stanley public spaces

  • Up to five hours for your exclusive use
  • Accommodations for up to 500 guests
  • Includes set up of on-premesis tables, chairs, and basic linens
  • A Stanley event manager for the duration of the event
  • All day set up time and take down.
  • Basic lighting/sound set up on stage; additional equipment and ITEA union stagehands will be billed at cost.
  • A Stanley event manager for the duration of the event
  • $6,000 on holidays

The Stanley offers the perfect setting for you one-of-kind event. The grand staircase and the magnificent décor of the lobby and mezzanine promenade provide an elegant space for your special celebration. For date availability and to book your event, please contact one of our Special Event managers.

All special event contracts include the optional use of Stanley chairs, tables, linens, podium, speaker and microphone.  

* Use of grand piano is $150, plus tuning fee. Our preferred Piano Tuner is Doug Kraus of Center Stage Pianos located in the New Hartford Shopping Center.

Availability of all spaces is dependent upon theatre use.
