Fine Food & Craft Beer Pairing Dinner

For generations, audiences have come to The Stanley Theatre to enjoy world-class entertainment on The Stanley stage.  On Sunday, April 2nd, they will have the opportunity to enjoy a world-class meal on that very stage when the historic theater hosts its first ever Fine Dining and Craft Beers Pairing Dinner.

This benefit for The Stanley features a 4 course gourmet dinner prepared by one of the region’s finest in catering, Jeffery Daniels and his Executive Chefs at Danieles at Valley View.  Each course will be accompanied by an outstanding craft beer brewed by the Woodland Hops Farm Brewery in Marcy.

The event starts at 4pm with a Lobby Reception with Woodland Beers, Wines from the Prospect Falls Winery, and artisan cheeses from Jones Family Farm in Herkimer.

The scene then shifts to The Stanley Stage, where guests will enjoy a sumptuous 4 course meal prepared by Jeffery Daniels and the Executive Chefs at Daniele’s at Valley View.

In addition to enjoying great food, beer and unique entertainment, guests will have the opportunity to interact in creative ways with the extraordinary event space throughout the evening.

Stanley Executive Director Jerry Kraus said, “Innovative events of this type expand the range of activities The Stanley hosts and help make the theater the vibrant place that hosted close to 180 events in 2016.

Tickets for the April 2nd Stanley Fine Dining &Craft Beers Pairing Dinner go on sale to Stanley Members on Thursday. February 16th at 10am and to all on Friday morning, February 17th at 10:00am are are $75 per ticket or $600 per table (8 tickets). They will be available exclusively at the Stanley Box Office and charge by phone 315-724-4000 Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm.

The Dinner

 

Course 1

Treasure Salad – Crisp Romaine Lettuce with sliced fresh strawberries, oranges, cucumbers, tomatoes, chopped walnuts topped with shredded coconut and tossed w/ succulent Champagne Vinaigrette.

 

Course II

Hats with Daniele’s Famous Filetto Sauce - Fresh Hand Made Orecchiette Pasta Tossed in Daniele’s famous Filetto Sauce.

 

Course III

Slow Braised Pork-Tenderloin topped with an aged Balsamic Reduction completed with a Milanese Vegetable Orzo.

 

Course IV

The dessert course is to be determined
